तत्कर्म यन्न बंधाय सा विद्या या विमुक्तये। आयासायापरम कर्म विद्यान्या शिल्पनैपुणम ।। – श्री विष्णुपुराण True karma is that which does not bind the soul, and true vidya is that which illuminates the path to liberation. All other actions are but toil, and all other disciplines merely displays of skill. The sages and seers of India have long proclaimed knowledge as the ultimate means of human emancipation. Since time immemorial, humanity has yearned to be free—from fear and hunger, from inner impurities and destructive tendencies, from moral decline, weakness, helplessness, inferiority, and the burdens of disease and sorrow. The profound wisdom of the Vishnu Purana reminds us that it is through knowledge that one must strive to transcend all suffering. True learning is born of sacrifice and nurtured through discipline and austerity; it is never attained without sincere effort and perseverance. Let us, therefore, walk the path of discipline with unwavering dedication. Let us pursue knowledge with humility, making mindful and ethical use of all resources at our disposal. By harmonizing our food, conduct, and thoughts, we can awaken and nurture the infinite potential bestowed upon us by nature—allowing it to flourish and blossom in the radiant light of wisdom. हम सभी कृष्ण यजुर्वेद के तैत्रीय उपनिषद के इस सूत्र का प्रतिदिन अपने विद्यालयों में प्रातःकालीन प्रार्थना सभा में सस्वरपाठ करते हैं :- ॐ सह नाववतु सह नौ भुनक्तु , सह वीर्यम करवावहै | तेजस्वि नावधीतमत्सु मा विद्विषावहै, ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः।। Let us come together to understand the profound message embedded in this guiding principle and strive to embody it in our daily actions. By internalizing its essence, may we perform our duties with purpose and awareness. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all officers, principals, teachers, students, and staff of the Bhuvaneshwar Division. May each one of you be blessed with success, fulfillment, and a bright, prosperous future.

My commitment at Kendriya Vidyalaya, NTPC, Kaniha is to provide a safe, positive, intellectual learning environment that will empower our students to become creative problem solvers, critical thinkers, and inspired learners prepared for higher education and life in the twenty-first century. In our endeavour to make these bright children the ideal citizens of tomorrow, in addition to their subject and syllabi, we also make every effort to imbibe them with ethos, culture and values that our great civilization stands for. I am asking each of my student to make a commitment to have PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Daily Efforts) by being active participants in their learning. You students are our assets and your all round development is our sole responsibility. Parenting has walked a long way off the traditional mode and has come to be a science. Educational pressure, peer pressure and parental pressure afflict the students of the new age. We as parents and teachers can best understand their problems, strengths and weaknesses. Here in Kendriya Vidyalaya ,NTPC ,Kaniha, it is the sacred duty of the teachers to create a friendly ambience in the vidyalaya where children are assured of love and acceptance. We should love our children for what they are and not what they achieve in life.
